vogella GmbH respects privacy and your rights to control your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how vogella GmbH, here refered as we or us, collects, uses and shares your personal information in connection with your access to and use of the vogella Learning Platform.

      • Should you want to access, edit or remove some of your profile information, change your password, close your account or request deletion of your personal data, you can do it by logging into the Learning Portal or sending an email to info@vogella.com.
    2. Communication and Marketing preferences
      • You can, at any time, opt out to receive marketing communications about the Learning Portal by updating your Profile settings. We respect your choice, and we will stop sending you promotional emails once you change your communication settings.

        Undependent of your profile settings, we will communicate with you via Email the following information:
        • Changes to terms and conditions
        • Policy updates
        • Service updates
        • Routine customer service messages such as information about current or past purchase
        • Service interruptions
        • Data breaches
        • Significant information about a Service you own
        • Safety issues
  10. Changes to our Privacy Policy
    • We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our Learning Portal Services. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will publish the updated Privacy Policy on the Learning Platform and update the "last update" date at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. In addition, we will notify you of the changes at least thirty days before the effective date. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you can terminate your Learning Portal account.
